The USDA is naming names, specifically the names of 21 broiler chicken plants that have at least ten percent salmonella infection. The two facilities with the most contamination — as much as twenty percent — are a Pilgrim’s Pride plant in Georgia and a Tyson plant in Texas. Glad to see this little step in the right direction.
