The E. coli outbreak in northeastern Oklahoma has hospitalized forty people, according to health officials, including one death. Affecting 27 adults and 13 children, the source was thought to be a restaurant in a town outside of Tulsa, but a surprise inspection revealed nothing. Three children are suffering from kidney failure.
