BEEF CHEEK RECALLED

No, it’s not butt steak. It’s actually from the cheek of the steer, and it’s being recalled for possible e. coli infection.
According to the Fresno Bee, a local division of Cargill, Beef Packers, Inc., is recalling about 1,500 pounds of the meat, widely used by Hispanics in a dish called barbacoa.
