USDA’S FSIS NOW SPELLS OOEET

The USDA announced it has created a new office specifically to educate small meat processors in complying with food-safety regulations. Richard Raymond, the head of the Food Safety and Inspection Service said that the new office was created with existing USDA funds and employees.
