It’s a conundrum: you can get salmonella from tomatoes and peppers, but what can you get from salmon? Listeria. For that to happen right now, though, you’d have to live in Texas or New Jersey.

RECALLED SALMON A LITTLE TOO WILD

Salmolux, of Federal Way, Washington, is recalling its Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon Nova Lox, sold in 3-ounce packages, due to possible listeria contamination (you’d think it would be salmon-ella, wouldn’t you?).
